EXCHANGE POLICY
Each product is made with great care, but we are aware it can be wrong sometimes. Therefore, we provide our simple and transparent exchange policy.
EXCHANGE
By default: If you receive a defective product, please send us a photo of the defect within 7 days. We will get back to you with the return post code, and a new product will be shipped to you. If the size or model is no longer available, we will return an account credit upon receipt and verification of the item. Good to remind that only unwashed, unused, odor-free products that have not been changed by the customer (adjustments, for example) and intact will be accepted.
By Size: Message us within 7 days of receiving the correct size item. We will get back to you with the return post code, and a new product will be shipped to you. If the size or model is no longer available, we will return an account credit upon receipt and verification of the item. Good to remind that only unwashed, unused, odor-free products that have not been altered by the customer (adjustments, for example) and intact will be accepted; IN CASE OF EXCHANGE FOR SIZE, THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND NEW SHIPPING.
Deadline: If you want to exchange one or more products and generate an exchange voucher, to be used exclusively on dgfits website, you must make a request within 7 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, which can be checked on the website.
